AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D: HIDE / ISOLATE Objects

Sometimes elements in AutoCAD files create nuisance. Its better to isolate or hide them from others. Steps to do that are:

1. Select elements to be hidden.
2. Right mouse click in display area.
3. Expand 'Isolate Objects' third from top.
4. Select 'Hide Selected Objects' to hide selected objects or 'Isolate Selected Objects' to show only the selected objects.
5. When needed to restore the original setup - select 'End Isolation' from 'Select Objects' option.
